In a world where there seems to be an infinite amount of pizza options to choose from, it’s hard to know which one will really satisfy those savory cravings. There are ready made pizza’s, pizza by the slice, baked pizza, wood-fired pizza, and even grilled pizza. Everyone boasts their pizza superiority, but most are average at best.

So we decided to raise the bar.

We use 100% fresh and organic ingredients for all of our pizzas, because quality trumps quantity any day of the week. We also use a real wood-fired pizza oven with real almond wood logs that must be split, dried, and perfectly placed to cook your made-to-order pizza just right. But we don’t stop there.

Our recipes are updated and improved on a regular basis. We are constantly looking for feedback and always enjoy putting our customer’s suggestions into action to make sure that they are enjoying the absolute best that we have to offer.

For instance, our new Potato and Leek Pizza. We now generously rub our sliced potatoes with olive oil, fresh chopped thyme, salt and crushed black pepper. We then roast them until they are crispy and golden brown.

 Layered under a healthy spread of Gruyere cheese, thinly sliced leeks, and another sprinkle of thyme, this pizza is definitely hard to beat or find anywhere else.

We’ve also upped the ante on our Tre pizza, a spin on the classic and sometimes boring cheese pizza. We use mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and ricotta, a sprinkle of black pepper and an arugula and lemon aioili dressing top this pizza off to palate perfection.



We will admit that it takes more time to prepare our recipes this way, and it takes more time to top and serve them with just the right amount of extra ingredients.
